The Position

You will be specifically responsible for the Accommodation and Housekeeping services across our Enoggera Barracks Site! This will include:

• Managing a dynamic team to provide encouraging guidance and success in their work  
• Developing rosters of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements.
• Manage front of house office requirements for accommodation bookings and general enquiries.
• Strong view in support of Job Safety Analysis and well-being
• Encourage team commitment and motivation
• Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures, and assist in review of process and procedures

The Person

• Previous housekeeping management experience  
• Must be an Australian Citizen 
• Able to pass a police clearance 
• The ability to work autonomously
• The ability to successfully manage a small team
