We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Catering Supervisor at our Hospital. The Catering Supervisor is employed to supervise daily operations and the performance of catering team members, experience in managing staff is most desirable. The Supervisor must ensure that all tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services and general support are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations as required. All these tasks must be done in conjunction with the contractual requirements of the Unit.
This is a hands-on full-time position requiring the successful applicant to be a confident, motivated and focused professional.
