Daily pay rate: $422.86 + Plus Superannuation + Plus allowances

THE POSITION:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.
• Have a minimum of three Covid-19 vaccinations.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn.
• Comfortability flying to the site for 2 weeks on an 11-hour roster.
• Flying out of Perth Airport, to support village accommodation across multiple villages in Western Australia

THE PERSON:

• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, as well as a national police clearance.
• Be prepared to work on a FIFO/DIDO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments.
• Able to quickly adjust to new environments, schedules, and team dynamics.
• Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience.
• Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded.
• Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
