The Role:

• Take a hands-on approach to meet with guests and trouble shoot any queries.
• Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
• Developing team commitment, co-operation and performance
• Organise rosters as per operational requirements.
• Address any elevated guest grievances. 
• Placing orders as required.
• Barista experience required

The Person:

• An experienced Food & Beverage professional who is agile and able to ‘think on their feet’.
• Passionate about fantastic service standards.
• Loves great food and wine (who doesn’t?!)
• Comfortable in a fast and busy environment.
