$27.17 per hour + 25% Casual Loading

• Based at Gold Coast Performance Centre - Runaway Bay 
• Casual role involving Days, Nights and Weekends
• Central Production Kitchen - Large Kitchen with professional team

THE POSITION

• Prepare fresh and nutritious meals for organised functions
• Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
• Monitor stock and minimise wastage
• Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
• Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

THE PERSON

• Confident and has the experience in producing food for 50 plus people
• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
