Our Lounge teams work in some of the world’s most renowned airport lounges across Australia, providing first class hospitality to travellers looking for a touch of luxury, sophistication, and the highest service standards that our country has to offer. The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.
THE POSITION
- Providing culinary support to Head Chefs in delivering exceptional catering service across the corporate airport lounges
- Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce
- Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.
- Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.
THE PERSON
- Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred
- A passion for food and exceptional customer service
- A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
- ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain. (We will provide)
