The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting Food and Beverage Attendants for our Melbourne casual Pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style.
• Provide a high-level food and beverage service at a variety of sites and locations.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Ensuring the boardrooms are set up correctly within a timely fashion.
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
• Collaborate with all team members, including chefs to assess requirements for the day.

The Person

• 2-3 years of Food & Beverage experience required. 
• 5-star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges - highly regarded.
• You will be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
• The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• You’ll have great energy, a flexible approach and immaculate presentation.
• A valid RSA.
