The Position

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of food production across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Deliver high-volume catering operations while upholding fine dining standards and presentation.
  • Drive menu development, innovation, and cost control across multi-outlet operations.
  • Ensure contract compliance and consistently meet client expectations through exceptional service and quality.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a large and diverse kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Oversee logistics, supply chain, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and value.
  • Manage P&L performance, including labour, food cost control, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Uphold food safety, allergen management, and HACCP compliance across all operations.
  • Support continuous improvement and drive operational efficiencies across the kitchen and catering functions.

The Person

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Chef or similar senior leadership role within high-volume catering, production, or food services.
  • Strong background in fine dining and large-scale event catering.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-outlet operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
  • High attention to detail with a structured and strategic approach to kitchen operations.
  • Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and budget control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant kitchen management systems.
  • Relevant Culinary and/or Business qualifications highly regarded.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and allergen management.
  • A genuine passion for food and innovation, with a finger on the pulse of culinary trends.
