This hybrid role offers a balance of office-based work and hands-on site involvement, ensuring visibility across performance, process execution, and client service. 

The Position

  • Own and execute the period-end process, including revenue recognition, accruals, reconciliation and reporting, etc.
  • Lead accurate and timely month-end reporting, complete with performance insights.
  • Deliver exceptional client reporting and billing services
  • Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations and site audits
  • Follow the established process and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Act as the key point of contact for client for any commercial matters
  • Collaborate closely with on-site operations teams to align commercial priorities with day-to-day activity.
  • Support the Operations Director with insights, and to ensure contract compliance.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as requested.

The Person

  • Accounting degree qualified
  • CPA qualified or progressing toward CA/CPA
  • Minimum 3 years experience within commercial accounting environment
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multi-task
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills
  • Maintain adherence to established deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, especially across operations and finance.
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude, who can work autonomously in a team environment
