About the Role:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of functions & event activity across the campus
• Lead the front of house catering team to complete the set up, catering and breakdown
• Work with Functions Manager to plan and coordinate function equipment requests and beverage ordering
• Liaise with management/client to ensure all event expectations are met
• Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue during events
• Create a positive work culture, mentoring the team to deliver to the highest standard of service 

About You: 

• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail
• Have previous experience in a supervisory role or event management in a fast paced environment
• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service 
• A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
• Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to work as per functions and event requirements of the business ; including some evenings and weekends 

** A current working with Children Check and RSA - or ability to obtain are requirements of this role
