About the Role
- Plan, supervise, and monitor food production across Chartwells portfolio in Melbourne, Ballarat & Geelong
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
About You
- Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Must own a vehicle- Needed to travel across each site
- Confident with managing staff and talking to customers.
- Uphold branding, quality and safety standards at each site.
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
