Omega Security Services provides fully trained and experienced tertiary qualified security personnel. Our people are personable and effective in their customer service to ensure they work well with your staff. Ensuring the safety of your people and assets is our priority.

We are currently looking for experienced Security Officers to service our Terowie Village, situated at Coppabella QLD.

Working with a well-regarded client, the successful candidate will work an 7:7 roster, working 12 hour days. All accommodation and meals included. Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis from the Central Queensland region.

The Positions

• Ensure site integrity and safety
• Site access control for people and vehicles
• Mobile security checks of site perimeter, camp and laydown areas
• Maintain daily security logs
• Emergency response and incident control
• Crowd control for bar and tavern areas
• Annual salary $79,608 + Super for a 7x7 roster working 12x hour days

The Person

• Demonstrable Security and / or Supervisory experience (2 Years’ minimum)
• Minimum qualification of Cert II Security Operations.
• Hold a valid QLD Security Officers license with crowd control
• Current first aid and CPR
