Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment as a Barista at Department of Defence Campbell Park Café (Canberra). Our baristas are coffee ambassadors, serving great tasting coffee with a smile on their face. We recognise our customers by their face and regular orders. It's more than just morning coffee, we want you, and our customer to feel at home in this space. This role is suited for candidates that like to work in a fast-paced supportive team environment.

The Position:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm.
• Use your barista skills to deliver exceptional coffee, creating a personalized experience by remembering customer orders.
• Provide food and beverage service while maintaining prep areas and calibrating the coffee machine for quality output.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members of the Defence Force.
• Uphold company policies and food safety standards.

The Person:

• Experienced in high-volume coffee production in a busy setting.
• Able to work independently to achieve daily goals.
• Thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
• Well-presented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
