THE POSITIONS WE ARE SEEKING:
- Full-time Chef- Wed-Sun 11:30AM-7:30PM
- Full-time Chef- Mon- Fri
- 2 X Full-time Apprentice Chef Mon-Fri
- Causal Chef-Mon- Fri
THE POSITION
- Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
- Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
- Monitor stock and minimize wastage
- Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
- Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
THE PERSON
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
- Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
