THE POSITION
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays for a well-organized store.
- Handle electronic transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with management to enhance product offerings and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety regulations.
THE PERSON
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle operational challenges.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
