THE POSITION

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays for a well-organized store.
• Handle electronic transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Collaborate with management to enhance product offerings and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety regulations.

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle operational challenges.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
