We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join our casual team in Melbourne with a variety of shifts available, you have the flexibility to design your schedule while experiencing the best of the hospitality industry.

The Position

• Craft high-quality coffee with passion and precision, ensuring every cup delights customers.
• Provide warm and engaging service to customers, clients and staff.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, upholding hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Know your way around a Barista coffee machine – maintenance, cleanliness, and calibration.
• Understand allergens and safety in your workspace.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to create a welcoming café experience.

The Person

• Experienced Barista – minimum 2 years of experience, including expertise in Latte Art.
• Barista Certificate (required).
• A warm, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fun, fast-paced team.
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
