An exciting leadership role has become available at one of our corporate sites, based in Sydney CBD. The position of the Hospitality manager will have you leading a small close-knit team, driving a culinary edge, and focusing on high-quality service and immaculate food presentation.

You will thrive on client and customer interaction, getting the best out of your team and exceeding our client’s expectations. Culinary innovation and premium service delivery along with exceptional management skill is key in this role. This position would be a great next chapter for a highly skilled Culinary Manager extraordinaire looking at taking the next step in their career to management and operations:

The position: 

  • Stakeholder management and client engagement
  • Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
  • Delivering a seamless operation to the employee food program and adhoc functions
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
  • Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
  • Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality

The Person: 

  • Demonstrated experience at management level with a background in culinary
  • Qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
  • Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
  • Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
  • Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
  • Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
  • An advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace
