Administration 

The Position

• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Answering Phone calls 
• Basic administrative task, Printing, filing, reporting, check in check out keys and passes
• Verifying minor compliance 
• Sending and recieving jobs to trades and contractors
• Assist the Facilities Administration Manager with Tasks 
• Basic excel and microsoft knowledge
• Able to work roatating roster between 6am - 6pm Mon - Fri

The Person

• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Great communication skills, you can communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Great time management, you can work effectively with competing priorities
• Administration and data entry experience
• Experience within a trade administration role is highly desirable but not essential
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases, including COVID vaccinations
