Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and service delivery? Compass Group is seeking a dedicated Accommodation & Facilities Manager to manage and improve accommodation and facilities operations on site.
As the Accommodation & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance. You’ll lead a diverse team, manage budgets and supplies, and drive continuous improvement across all functions.
- Oversee accommodation and facilities services to ensure consistent operational excellence
- Establish and manage stock control systems, orders, and supply processes
- Develop and maintain staff rosters to meet operational requirements
- Respond to member enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare regular performance and operational reports
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within facilities, accommodation, or related services
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous)
- Certification in facilities or accommodation management (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to facilities and accommodation
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused with a passion for delivering quality service
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (includes satisfactory Australian Federal Police check)
