Full-Time | FIFO (fly in fly out) 14/7 Roster | Olympic Dam
Lead a small, dynamic kitchen team and deliver exceptional food service in one of Australia’s most iconic remote locations!
The Position
- Supervise and lead a team of experienced all-rounder chefs in a kitchen with 3 chefs on day shift and 2 on night shift.
- Oversee all sections confidently, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality meals for site personnel.
- Manage menu planning, stock control, and ordering to meet client and company requirements.
- Drive team engagement and maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
The Person
- Cert IV in Commercial Cookery (mandatory).
- Minimum 3+ years in a management chef role within a commercial kitchen.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Confident in handling all kitchen sections and thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.
