This site‑based role is hands‑on, working closely with trades, contractors and project teams to plan and price a diverse range of construction, refurbishment and upgrade projects across a large accommodation village and residential precinct.

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who understands how projects run on the ground - ideally from a construction, FM, mining, or capital works background.

You will bring:

  • Experience in estimating and/or scheduling within FM, construction or capital works
  • Ability to read drawings, scopes and technical documentation
  • Strong Excel and scheduling software skills
  • Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with trades, supervisors, procurement and contractors
  • Understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
  • Experience in remote or resource‑sector environments (advantageous)

If you have previously worked as a scheduler, estimator, project coordinator, maintenance planner or even a trade‑qualified person who has moved into project support- this role is a great fit.

You will be working amongst a Camp and Accommodation Maintenance team of approximately 60 Delta FM Team, on a site comprising of 2650 rooms in ODV, around 500 rooms in RDV and a maintenance portfolio of around 460 BHP owned homes. Site includes amenities such as Pools, BBQ’s, Gym, Squash Room, Outdoor area with Courts etc. Flights are from Adelaide Airport, approx. 90 mins, or DIDO from Roxby Downs.
