The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Cleaning Lead to oversee and manage cleaning operations across our FIFO sites. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in cleaning, facilities, or operational management who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people, safety, and service delivery.
As a Regional Cleaning Lead, you will play a key role in leading teams, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements, and maintaining high standards of safety and service quality across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of cleaning operations, including daily execution, staff supervision, and quality standards
- Provide strong leadership to cleaning teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance
- Ensure delivery of high-quality service outcomes aligned with client and company expectations
- Manage budgets, stock, and resources efficiently, including procurement, inventory control, and cost management
- Maintain compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual requirements
- Oversee workforce planning, team development, and performance monitoring
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations
- Ensure all health, safety, food safety (HACCP), and security procedures are followed at all times
About You
- Previous experience managing cleaning operations, facilities, or similar operational teams
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in FIFO or fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially focused with experience in budget management and cost control
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to changing operational needs
- FIFO experience is highly regarded
