Are you a Team Lead, Supervisor or Assistant Unit Manager ready to progress into a future Unit Manager role?

Who We're Looking For
- Current Supervisors or Assistant Unit Managers looking to advance their leadership careers.
- Proven team leadership experience in hospitality, retail, village, facilities, or operational environments.
- Strong commitment to safety, service excellence, and team engagement.
- A willingness to learn, seek feedback, and take on stretch opportunities.
- Flexibility to work across multiple roles, sites, and locations throughout WA and NT during the development program.
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing requirements, and obtain a National Police Clearance if required.
Recruitment Process
Interested in joining the Unit Manager in Training Program? The selection process includes:
- Application Submission – Complete your application and provide any supporting documentation.
- Phone Screening – Initial conversation with Recruitment and/or People Operations to discuss your experience, aspirations, and suitability for the program.
- First Interview – Meet with an Operational Area Manager to explore your leadership capability, development potential, and operational experience.
- Final Interview – Attend a final interview with an Operational General Manager to discuss your readiness for the program and future leadership opportunities.
- Timeline of next steps, noting successful employees will have the opportunity to work across multiple roles, at levels and sites.
Successful candidates will then proceed through the onboarding and development pathway, tailored to their individual readiness and career goals.
