THE POSITION:
Employed to supervise the performance of cleaners. Must ensure that all tasks associated with cleaning are performed whilst supporting and promoting our safety culture framework.
- Robertson Barracks Full Time
- Monday to Friday; 07:30 to 15:36
- No weekends or public holidays
- Specifically responsible for overseeing cleaning and accommodation services
- Free Onsite Parking
- Working autonomously on different responsibilities
THE PERSON
The preferred applicant will be required to achieve a Defence Baseline Security Clearance and pass an Australian Federal Police check prior to confirmation of employment
- Hold full Australian Citizenship due to the secure nature of the site
- Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transportation to get to the base
- Supervise and allocate tasks to employees during shift
- Experience in a similar position as a supervisor
- Chemical handling experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work is essential
- Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
- An intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite is essential
- Participate in an after-hours On Call roster
- A positive and friendly attitude
