We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our Sydney casual pool. Opportunities are available across Narrabeen, Lindfield, Pymble, Hornsby, Normanhurst, Parramatta and Western Sydney, Sydney Airport and the Eastern Suburbs.
This is a casual pool role. Shifts are offered based on business demand and your availability. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week.
THE POSITION
• Prepare, cook and present meals to Compass Group standards
• Ensure food safety, allergen management and hygiene compliance
• Work collaboratively with Head Chefs, Chef Managers and kitchen teams
• Maintain clean, safe and organised kitchen environments
• Assist with stock control, preparation and minimising food waste
THE PERSON
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a Chef
• Experience in high volume or fast paced kitchen environments
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Comfortable working across multiple Sydney locations
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
