As a Site Administrator, you’ll support the day-to-day accommodation and administrative operations of a remote site while delivering a high standard of service to residents and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, front-facing customer service to site residents
- Managing accommodation bookings and resident movements using site systems
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and site documentation
- Supporting site administration using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Liaising with site leadership and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
You’re an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in administration and customer service roles
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using accommodation or booking systems
- Experience with INX (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit site team
