As a Site Administrator, you’ll support the day-to-day accommodation and administrative operations of a remote site while delivering a high standard of service to residents and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional, front-facing customer service to site residents
  • Managing accommodation bookings and resident movements using site systems
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and site documentation
  • Supporting site administration using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Liaising with site leadership and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

You’re an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service roles
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using accommodation or booking systems
  • Experience with INX (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit site team
