  • Lead and support a team of Site Administrators across multiple sites to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee onboarding, mobilisation, demobilisation, and employee documentation processes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel records, rosters, site access, accommodation bookings, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor compliance requirements, including medicals, inductions, qualifications, training records, and site-specific documentation.
  • Manage workflow allocation and provide coaching, training, and performance support to Site Administration team members.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for administrative issues, resolving matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, Mobilisation, Payroll, and HSE teams to support workforce requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administrative processes and enhance service delivery.
