THE POSITION

• Supervision of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes
• Ensure staff comply with food safety procedures and site food safety plan
• Assist in the management of labour and food costs in line with budget
• Oversee the correct use of stock control systems

THE PERSON

• Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
• Food Safety Supervisor training completed
• Model high standards of performance and behaviour
• Posses or be willing to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Check and Serology Report
