As Key Account Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a nationally significant aviation hospitality portfolio. Working in close partnership with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, commercial performance, operational excellence and people leadership. This role requires an accomplished hospitality leader with a passion for premium service, exceptional food and beverage experiences, people development, and the successful mobilisation of world-class hospitality operations.
The Position
- Lead the delivery of premium hospitality experiences through principles of Excellence, Attentiveness, Innovation, and Passion, developing high-performing teams that consistently exceed guest, client and commercial expectations.
- Build strong client partnerships and ensure all contractual requirements are delivered to the highest standard.
- Provide visible leadership across premium lounge operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, food and beverage offerings, and front-of-house service standards.
- Lead the mobilisation and transition of new lounge operations, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful service delivery from day one.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop hospitality leaders and frontline teams through coaching, mentoring, training, and the sharing of best practices across the business.
- Drive commercial performance through effective budget management, profitability, labour and inventory controls, financial accountability, and a strong focus on health, safety, and wellbeing.
The Person
- Proven senior leadership experience within premium hospitality environments, including luxury hotels, airline lounges, fine dining, catering, or high-end food and beverage operations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site hospitality operations with a strong focus on service excellence and guest experience.
- Strong understanding of premium dining, beverage programs, contemporary hospitality trends, and luxury customer experiences.
- Proven experience leading lounge mobilisations, site openings, operational transitions, and service transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional people leader with a track record of building high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, talent development, and succession planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, driving profitability, and building trusted executive-level relationships.
- Polished and influential leader with a strong commitment to health, safety and compliance, a passion for operational excellence, and a Hospitality Management qualification highly regarded.
ASIC Security Clearance will be required for this role (we will provide).
