THE POSITION

• Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations across a variety of remote village facilities
• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on plumbing, water and drainage systems
• Completing fault finding and repairs to ensure uninterrupted village services
• Undertaking gas servicing and gas testing activities where licensed and authorised
• Ensuring all work complies with safety, regulatory and environmental standards
• Working collaboratively with electricians, refrigeration technicians and other trades
• Contributing to the delivery of reliable essential services within diverse operational environments

THE PERSON

To be successful, you will possess:

• Qualified Plumber with relevant WA trade certification
• Current Plumbing Licence
• Gas Testing and/or Gas Servicing qualifications highly regarded but not essential
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work flexibly across different rosters and remote locations
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
• Must reside in Western Australia and be able to FIFO from Perth Airport
