Analyst - Cloud & Infrastructure

Compass Group Australia is looking for an Analyst - Cloud & Infrastructure to join our Digital & Technology team.
This role is ideal for an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator or Level 2/3 Support professional looking to build their cloud and infrastructure experience within a large enterprise environment. Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll support critical infrastructure platforms while gaining exposure to cloud technologies and major technology projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting AWS, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Providing Level 3 support for infrastructure incidents and requests
- Managing cloud, network and on-premise infrastructure platforms
- Supporting Active Directory, Entra ID and access management services
- Assisting with backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes
- Contributing to infrastructure projects, upgrades and migrations
- Developing technical documentation and operational procedures
- Identifying opportunities for automation and service improvement
About You
- Experience in infrastructure, systems administration or cloud support
- Exposure to AWS and/or Azure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across multiple technology domains
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ITIL knowledge and a customer-focused approach
