Lead Culinary Coordinator & Admin
- Coordinate and support a large-scale culinary workforce!
- Play a key role in the successful delivery of events at Melbourne Park - including the AO!
- Full-Time role where no two days are the same!
Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach you will be tasked with delivering legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events Melbourne Park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast paced, and no two days the same.
The Position
- Coordinate and support the casual culinary workforce, including scheduling, reviewing rosters and backfilling vacancies.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and external agencies to ensure workforce requirements are met.
- Provide administrative support to site operations, maintaining accurate records, reports, compliance documentation, and training records.
- Support culinary managers and employees with payroll, HR, and workplace enquiries.
- Maintain effective communication across teams while supporting audits, compliance requirements, and continuous operational improvement.
The Person
- Previous experience in workforce coordination, administration, rostering, HR support, or operations coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with workforce management systems, or scheduling software is highly regarded (Deputy)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and data management systems.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Experience within hospitality, catering, events, workforce planning, or large operational environments is highly desirable.
