This is a fast-moving, hands-on environment where every team member plays a part in delivering a great event. You’ll work alongside an experienced operations team, supporting smooth and efficient beverage service across the venue.

The Positions

  • Change and manage high volumes of beer kegs safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out beer line cleaning and maintenance to ensure quality and hygiene standards.
  • Receive, organise and distribute kegs and beverage stock to bars and outlets across the venue.
  • Set up, monitor and safely operate gas and nitrogen (nitro) systems.
  • Assist with beverage deliveries, stock movement and cellar setup.
  • Work closely with bar and operations teams during busy service periods.

The Person

  • High-volume keg changing experience.
  • Beer line cleaning experience.
  • Keg distribution and stock movement experience.
  • Experience working with gas/nitrogen systems.
  • Previous cellar, stadium, event, hospitality or high-volume venue experience.
  • Ability to undertake repetitive manual handling and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
