The Person
- Experience in function catering and events with knowledge for quoting
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Experience in workplace health and safety issues
- Strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain
- Barista experience advantageous
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
Key Duties
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training
- Hours are mainly on weekday, occasionally night and weekend shifts
- Plan and organise events
- Manage labour and food costs
- Lead and manage staff members
- Maintain client and customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative duties
