THE POSITION

• Developing and leading the Wellbeing strategy of the business
• Development implementation of a Corporate Wellbeing Program
• Management of the Mental Health Peer Support Program
• Training and development
• Partner with external stakeholder to develop a fit-for-purpose mental health management program
• Identify psychosocial risk factors and develop mitigation strategies

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in development and application of a workplace Wellbeing program
• Experience in Psychosocial Risk and hazard management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Manage and prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates ethical behaviour in accordance with professional standards, values and policies
