THE POSITION
- Manage contract oversight and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
- Develop and implement key projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee planning and scheduling requirements, ensuring optimal resource allocation across all sites.
- Lead and drive new site mobilizations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Represent Compass Group professionally with external stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement the Senior Living brand operating model.
- Provide operational and strategic support for specific projects as directed by the General Manager.
- Drive innovation initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance service quality.
- Champion a safety culture and promote best practices in food safety and workplace safety.
THE PERSON
- Proven senior operational leadership experience, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or community services.
- Relevant degree in Project Management, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent work experience is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships across various levels.
- A commitment to ethical standards and a passion for customer service are essential.
