Due to anticipated growth on one of our leading portfolios, we are seeking expressions of interest from people interested in a rare, fixed term Operations Support opportunity. Working closely with the Area Manager and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

The Position

• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations
• Meeting minutes & actions (internal & client based)
• KPI monitoring and reporting
• Field leadership monitoring and reporting
• People management: on-boarding, scheduling, travel, payroll, HR queries etc

The Person

• Team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
• Ability to work across environments with changing priorities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
• High level report writing skills
• Experience in site-based operations environments is highly advantageous
