Our Baristas are coffee ambassadors, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our user’s time and time again, all with a big smile on their face! We pride ourselves on the high standard of our coffee using all brewing techniques, which include filter (hot and cold) and espresso (multiple single origins and alternative roasts), and we are looking for you! 

THE POSITION:

• Calibrating espresso machine and grinder to optimise quality of product
• Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
• Stock rotation and stock take experience
• Operation of a coffee bar including open and close
• Quality preparation and service of beverages including alcoholic beverages
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers

THE PERSON:

• Full Barista experience
• You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment 
• Great coffee presentation and customer service skills  
• Ability to function in a high volume environment
