The Role:

• Provide high-level food and beverage service at a variety of events
• Drive exceptional customer service to a prestigious customer base
• Point of sale operation and precise stock taking
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are applied daily
• Customer focused – forward facing first point of contact
• Ensure standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation are maintained
• Liaise with all team members, including chefs to access requirements for the day

The Person:

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
• 2-3 years of high-end F&B experience in a 5 star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
• Must have RSA
• Have excellent communications and superior customer service skills
• Have the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
• You’ll have great energy, a flexible approach and immaculate presentation
