The Position

• Oversee your team and lead from the front to demonstrate exceptional service standards
• Be proficient in make espresso coffees and prepare other beverages
• Deliver and be responsible for food and beverage services
• Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

• Background in comparable position 
• Strong focus on safety, providing great service with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Impeccable personal presentation
• A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
• Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
