We are currently seeking a Corporate Reception Supervisor to join our team onsite at one of our premium corporate clients. You will be providing exceptional high level receptionist services. 

Key duties

• Supporting the site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the guest services department
• ensuring established procedures are exceeded and registrations with regards to both expected and unexpected arrivals
• Booking meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
• Ensure all staff are meeting standards with emails, intranet and phone enquiries
• Manage and document client feedback

The Person

• At least 2+ years experienced in a comparable supervisory reception/client service role
• Excellent communication skills with Impeccable personal presentation
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Advanced administration skills
• Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

**Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check will be completed prior to starting, therefore full time working rights and either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement**
