• $33.00 + Super - Full-time position 
• Early start - Early finish! 5:00am - 1:00pm shifts

THE POSITION

• Assisting and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of the breakfast buffet offer within the hotel, is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials.
• Breakfast service times 6.30am-10.00am
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control.
• Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided.

THE PERSON

• Chef's Trade Qualifications
• Experience within a high volume and fast paced environment 
• Buffet experience within a hotel is desirable 
• A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff.
• An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
