An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to work on our remote accommodation villages in Middlemount & Moranbah in Central Queensland. 

This role is 8 days on, 6 days off 11.5hr day and is drive-in, drive-out or FIFO ex Brisbane for the right candidate, therefore locals are encouraged to apply.

The Position

• You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations
• You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results
• This is a physical, hands-on role, where you are expected to also work alongside the team

The Person

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role- Mine Site and Housekeeping Cleaning experience will be highly regarded
• Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
• Open Australian Drivers License
• Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team’s overall performance
• Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures
