• Based in Huntingwood NSW full time position.
• Mostly evening position - 5pm to 1:30pm 
• Parking provided on site / close to public transport.

The Position:

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and in a clean and safe manner
• Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure quality and presentation of all dishes meet the standards
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to manage meal preparation and service during peak times
• Work closely with management to develop menu ideas or special offerings

The Person:

• Chef’s Trade Qualifications.
• Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy times
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends if necessary
• A positive, professional attitude
