St Andrews Beach Brewery is situated on a 92-acre property formally known as ‘Markdel’. Our story dates back to the early 2000’s, when the Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. In 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and their story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.

The Position:

• Execute a diverse menu that complements our craft beer and cocktail selections.
• Working within a dynamic kitchen team, promoting a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
• Work with our team to stay ahead of culinary trends and industry developments, bringing new ideas and techniques to enhance our menu and elevate our dining experience.
• Manage inventory effectively, optimising stock levels and minimizing waste to enhance efficiency and profitability.

The Person:

• Minimum 3 Years experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• An exceptional communicator that works well both independently and as a team.
• Ability to execute innovative, modern, trend forward menus.
