Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment as a Food & Beverage Attendant at RAAF Williamtown (Newcastle). Join the established team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

The Position:

• Full time position, Monday to Friday – 6am – 2pm, occasional weekend.
• Open the dining room and prepare continental breakfast (including juice machine), support lunch service, and complete basic food handling tasks including salad preparation.
• Confident using kitchen and cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, robot coupe, vacuum, floor scrubber, and other standard tools.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service, including guidance on meal service and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean and tidy mess area at all times, including post-lunch bathroom checks and general presentation standards.

The Person:

• Hospitality and food handling experience is a plus.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are an advantage.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• A can-do attitude, ready to tackle any task, including cleaning and food prep
