THE POSITION

• Baking sweet treats in volume- Cookies, Brownies and Muffins
• Cooking, washing dishes & cleaning the kitchen 
• Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
• Monitor stock and minimize wastage
• Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
• Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Experience with baking in bulk quantities
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
• Comfortable with customer interaction
