The Position
We are currently sourcing for an experienced Corporate Receptionist based in Sydney CBD on Full time basis! Showcase your premium experience in our corporate sector!
- Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
- Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
- Able to stand for service periods, welcoming guests - concierge duties
The Person
- Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
- Excellent communication skills and Administration experience
- Impeccable personal presentation and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and a proactive thinker
*Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check ( National Police Check ) may be completed prior to starting, therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement*
