We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator, to play a key role in the day to day running of our Operations Support Team in Cannon Hill. This is the perfect role for someone with experience in a receptionist/administrative coordinator support role, looking to take that next step into a global organisation where you will genuinely have a career path in our business.

This is a Monday-Friday role, 38 hours per week, working out of our Cannon Hill Head Office 5 days per week.

The Position

Reporting into our Executive Assistant, this position ensures our support team runs efficiently. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Perform receptionist duties, being the main point of contact in reception
  • Coordinating admin operations support and activities 
  • Assisting in on-boarding processes for remote employees
  • Manage incoming / outgoing mail and courier bookings
  • General administrative duties including support with general operations enquiries
  • Assist with general office upkeep ensuring kitchen facilities, stationery and office equipment are well stocked and maintained
  • Management of the Compass Group carpark allocations as per the Carpark Policy
  • Liaise with building management in regards to evacuation exercises
  • Booking adhoc domestic and international travel
  • Managing visitors in the support office
  • Conducting inductions for new starters
  • Event management
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

The Person

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service focus, with flexible approach and attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously as required
  • Ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
