THE POSITION

  • Maintain and improve on-going relationships with clients.
  • Regular communication and meeting cycle with clients, Project Stakeholders and Contractors.
  • Develop detailed Project Scopes and proposals to ensure quote accuracy.
  • Quote review and evaluations as required by Procurement guidelines.
  • Manage the day to day running of assigned project ensuring all milestones are met with regards to cost, time and quality.
  • Ensure project is financially closed, including receipting contractor invoices and corresponding invoices for clients are raised and issues within KPI timeframes.
  • Accurately forecast project completion timelines and update project reports and dashboards.
  • Exhibit Safety Leadership both on site and in the office.

THE PERSON

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
  • Relevant construction or facilities maintenance industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project Management qualification or working towards.
  • Valid Drivers licence and willingness to travel to various project sites, as required.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing operational contracts and budgets.
  • Problem solving skills, disciplined with an ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Time management skills and the ability to set and negotiate priorities.
  • In depth knowledge of WH&S and commitment to safety leadership.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Digital tools.
